This half day tour takes you on a wild Wet Season adventure to the rivers, creeks and waterfalls to the east of Kununurra and includes a visit to Lake Argyle. Dip a toe in a natural spring or Spillway Creek, witness the greening ranges as rains create new waterfalls and creeks. Tour the lookouts over the Lake and enjoy another swim at the iconic Infinity pool with a storm cloud backdrop.
NOTE: This tour can be interchanged with WH4 or WH5 in the event of adverse weather and road conditions.

7:00am: Leaving Kununurra via the Victoria Highway, we'll travel east through Mirima National Park and the sub-tropical savannah throughout the Matheson Ranges. Turning off at the Golden Gate, we’ll take a rugged little track into a natural spring for a dip amongst the screw palms and towering cliffs. Along the road into Lake Argyle, we'll cross a number of creeks before stopping at the Lake Argyle Spillway for a swim and some birdwatching. You may even spot a freshwater croc hanging around.
11:00am: After some refreshments we'll head 'off-road' along Spillway Creek and onto a special lookout offering a different view of the northern end of Lake Argyle. Next stop, Homestead Falls - if you're up for a short walk (must be fit). It's spectacular when you catch it flowing. We’ll call in to the Lake Argyle Village to use the facilities and have a swim in the 'Infinity Pool' before meandering slowly back to Kununurra, checking out some mini gorges and waterfalls along the way before dropping you off at your accommodation or meeting point around 1:00pm
